Terms & Conditions
Please read the following before attending Drama Geeks sessions.
Food, Drink & Allergies
- All children must bring their own food and drink.
- Drama Geeks is a nut-free zone.
- No pulses, legumes or mustard products are permitted due to allergies within the group.
- All children who require medication must have it with them at all times: this includes inhalers, epipens and antihistamines.
- Children must bring a drink to all rehearsals. Water is best.
What to Bring
- Scripts or handouts plus a pen or pencil at every rehearsal.
- Dance shoes or trainers: no Crocs as they are a trip hazard.
- Keep personal belongings to a minimum and avoid bringing toys or anything distracting.
Mobile Phones
- Phones are permitted but must not be used during rehearsals or performances.
- Phones may only be used during break times.
- Misuse will result in the phone being confiscated until the end of the session.
- Students must not record other students: this is a safeguarding risk.
- Videos shared for rehearsal purposes must comply with our Child Protection Policy and must not be shared on social media.
Communication
- Important messages must be texted to Charlotte in advance of rehearsals: 07792018113
Collection
- On Saturdays, children must be collected from Dalton 4.
- Please do not take children out of the line - they are being chaperoned from various parts of the building to ensure safe handover.
